Your inner health!

I was waiting to see the ortho physician and suddenly looked at my phone and thought, “ah, here’s another chance for me to write a few of my thoughts.”
I looked around and saw so many people waiting their turn. Their turn to share with the doctor their symptoms, colds and cramps. Well don’t we all have those here and there booboos, aches and pains as to say. Well we do. Physically yes, you may check with your doc. But what about those inner aches and pains. Do you give yourself an ‘inner check’. Well what I’m trying to say, is that are you checking the well being of your thoughts. How long ago have you really given your thoughts and feelings a good look over? Did you say ‘no’? Oh well, did you not know it all begins there. Your health wellness begins there yes right there, in your heart, your mind and your soul. Keep it healthy. Keep your thoughts clutter free. Keep your heart happy. Reserve the innocence of your soul.
I hope and pray we all revisit these essential places deep within us and so the health check. Tick the boxes. Let the ball get rolling. Come on!

Health Habits

Hi healthy people, how often we meet that slim and sakcy cousin. So lean, so fit, yet eats all day long. And then you happen to ask them whats the secret behind their slim figures and they are like, "nothing yaar". Well how does it feel when you are preparing your morning breakfast, two sunny side eggs and two slice of bread. Fine, edit that, make it two slices of brown bread, and then you think, this brown bread is so small in size, let me have three slices , and then you extend you hand towards the packet of bread and then stop. Well that isn't fiction my friends, its exactly what happened to me in the kitchen this am, as i was prepping my own breakfast. Size, shape, look, colour, height, weight etc etc....Isn't that all we think about when we access someone's health. Isn't it so???? Yes, but no thankyou, stop doing that!! You dont access your health based on all those margins, but on the fact that how neat are you habits inorder to maintain the necessary...

Words & wisdom - borrowed from Dr Brian Weiss Book | Many Lives, Many Masters

How often does a book touch your life? Do you take note of all the wonderful things that you experienced while reading a book? I thought it would nice to write down a few of my favourite notes from this powerful non fiction. If you want to know, then yes I do keep a journal such as this. A book where i note down all the wonderful books read during the year, in addition to these bumper texts. Page 87 …lifetimes measured in lessons learned and tasks fulfilled, not years; charity, hope, faith and love; doing without expectations of return – Page 111 Hathor, I later learned, was the Egyptian goddess of love, mirth, and joy. Page 112 Patience and timing . . . everything comes when it must come. A life cannot be rushed, cannot be worked on a schedule as so many people want it to be. We must accept what comes to us at a given time, and not ask for more. But life is endless, so we never die; we were never really born. We just pass thought different phases. Th...

A mother's cry - Today 8th December being the feast of our lady of Immaculate conception, i wanted to dedicate this post our beloved mother.

She picked up the book, walked to the dining table, pulled out a chair and sat down with a ‘huff’ like noise. She stared at the book like she had never seen anything like it in years. She looked up to Heaven and with tears in her eyes cried out, ‘Lord, when shall you bless my womb’. As if waiting for an answer from above, she looked on for a while. The desire to have a baby is not only an emotional one, but that of a physical one too. God has made a woman in such a manner, that her whole mind and body go through different stages of life before, during and after a baby. It is simply an amazing phenomenon, that cannot be described in a completely just manner. Time passed by, and soon there was a joyful atmosphere at home. The news that was so eagerly waited for was finally confirmed. She was pregnant. Pretty pregnant. The weeks flew by and she was progressing into a healthy pregnancy. At her ultrasound she was given her first picture. A scan picture of the baby. The size wasn’t a ...
